My time has been dedicated over the past seven years to numerous non-profit organizations. I have served our community by volunteering as a counselor at CrisisLink, Haven of Northern Virginia, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, Inc. and Capital Area Hospice.

Working first hand with community-based organizations has given me great insight into the needs of both our schools and our communities.
